Cheryl K. Waples

Legal Assistant

Joined the firm in September 2000 working as Victor E. Covalt III’s Legal Assistant.

Prior to working at Ballew Covalt Hazen she spent the previous 16 years as an Employee of the Clerk of the District Court for Lancaster County as a Clerk Typist II with main areas of work in garnishments, summonses, and subpoenas and promoted to Court Services Supervisor.

Married since 1988 and have two grown daughters and one granddaughter.

Teresa Schuelke-Harms

Legal Assistant

Teresa was born and raised in Nebraska.
Graduated from Lincoln School of Commerce in 1994 with an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Legal Assisting
Married and has 4 children and 2 grandchildren
Worked as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal since 1994 in both small and larger sized firms
Teresa has been with the firm since 2007 and works primarily with Natalie Hazen.
In her spare time she loves to bake and cook and enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandkids

Naomi Luedeke

Legal Assistant

Her and her husband Gabe both grew up in Lincoln, NE. They have 2 daughters together.

She enjoys spending time with her family.
When not busy with her 2 kids she likes cooking, reading, watching movies, going for walks with her dog
Naomi has been with the firm since February, 2014, and works primarily with John W. Ballew, Jr.
Prior to working for the firm, Naomi was a judicial assistant in the Worker’s Compensation Court.
